Refund and Returns Policy

At PS Jersey, we specialize in custom-made apparel — including personalized names, numbers, and logos on T-shirts. As each item is made to order, we kindly request you to review the following policy before placing your order.


🚫 NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of custom printing, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after the order is placed
  • Spelling or design mistakes provided by the customer

📌 Please ensure all order details (size, spelling, design, colors) are correct before confirming payment.


EXCEPTIONS — DAMAGES OR SHIPPING ISSUES

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item was damaged upon delivery
  • Your order was lost during shipping

To process such claims:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. For lost items, we will coordinate with the courier and keep you updated on the resolution.
